Beverages (alcohol allowed), Food, Dessert, Snacks, Ice. Any extra décor (Balloons, tablecloths, banners). ​WHAT DOES PLAYDAY PROVIDE? 2 hour exclusive use of PLAYDAY 3 customized art activities Standard art supplies Access to wifi and Sonos All clean up and disposal Access to a refrigerator Bubble dance party Knife set, wine opener, bowls, lighters 2-3 instructors to lead your birthday Custom Happy Birthday mural WHAT ADD-ONS ARE POSSIBLE? We offer several exciting add-ons such as photography, extra time, balloons, musicians - all for an additional fee! ​ DO YOUNGER SIBLINGS COUNT TOWARDS OVERALL QTY? Yes if they are participating in the projects. ​HOW LATE CAN WE ADJUST THE PARTY SIZE? 2 weeks prior the party WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE? A week before the party WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE TO SET UP? Up to an hour before the party. CAN WE DROP THINGS OFF THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PARTY? YES, We will label and store your non-perishable items. DO YOU CHARGE TO BRING OUTSIDE VENDORS? NO, there is no additional fee for outside vendors provided by you. We weave them into the timeline of the party. HOW DO YOU DECORATE THE SPACE? A custom chalkboard mural for the birthday child is created. We assist installing additional decoration provided by you. DO YOU HAVE CONTACTS FOR PREFERRED OUTSIDE VENDORS? Yes! We have recommended face painters, balloon artists, musicians, and photographers as well as food, cake, and beverage recommendations. HOW MANY PROJECTS DO WE CHOOSE? THREE! We have our birthday families choose three mediums they love, and the PLAYDAY team creates project examples based off their age, interests and birthday theme! DO WE NEED A THEME? NO! Art is the best theme! HOW LONG DO THEY CREATE FOR? 1 HOUR WHEN DO THE PARTICIPANTS EAT? The last 30 minutes of the party WHEN DO THE ADULTS EAT? We do not offer refunds of any kind. If need be, a booking may be RESCHEDULED with 24 hours notice through the MY BOOKINGS tab on your profile. In the event the PLAYDAY OFFERING is cancelled by us, your account will be credited in full.
